Trajectory - Communicate and Implement

Phase 4 - Visual communication
At the end of the second session we conclude with an updated version of the illustration, containing all feedback. A great moment to test the visual for the client. By having the client present the visual to colleagues and extra opportunity is created to see how well the product performs. And it gives us room to give tips on how to build up the story in a layered manner.

Fase 2 - Processing the information
Using all the input from the first session, we further develop, design and enhance the first concept. The sketch from the first session is elaborated towards a neat, black and white, digital concept drawing.

Phase 3 - Mirror the information
In a second session we meet again (virtually). We present the concept illustration, so you can experience how the information is conveyed, using the illustration. Secondly we see what information is missing, as well as where we can optimize.

Phase 1 - Deep dive
In the first session we dive deep into the subject. By learning about the subject and its context, we are able to make the right translation into visuals. We facilitate this session with two persons, so one can facilitate the process and the other can focus on drawing. This way, the development of the illustration is immediately visible for everyone. This helps tremendously to sharpen the message and to create a shared mental model.

Intro
You developed a new strategy, vision, process, etc. But how do you effectively implement and communicate? How do you ensure impact and willingness to change? We create a visual connection and synchronization. From the process of development to realization. In every phase visual, drawing together in co-creation.
At the beginning of every process we first frame or cadre the assignment. By determining the message, purpose and desired result and by zooming in on the target group, we have a clear understanding of the direction and the goal.

We end the first session with a composition of the illustration in which the synergy between elements is clear.

Phase 2 - Processing the information
Using all the input from the first session, we further develop, design and enhance the first concept. The sketch from the first session is elaborated towards a neat, black and white, digital concept drawing.
Even though color creates extra depth and focus, this black and white drawing is good enough to portray the message and test the visualization of the new strategy, vision, change process, idea, service or product.
Phase 3 - Mirror the information
In a second session we meet again (virtually). We present the concept illustration, so you can experience how the information is conveyed, using the illustration. Secondly we see what information is missing, as well as where we can optimize.
Often we work with metaphors, since these help to stay away from thinking about limiting details. This helps for effective communication and implementaion.

Once that is finished a final check on small feedback is done via mail.

Interactive illustration
In times of restricted work at the office, we have created a platform in which we can build interactive illustrations in a web form. It creates a website in which a user instinctively moves through the information and its visual content. But is also creates an environment via which you can present the illustration to others.
Process - how long does it take?
Depending on the communication means it takes from one week up to 6 weeks on average to create a visual. Two to three weeks for illustration work and 4 to 8 weeks for animations. We strive for a maximum of 7 to 10 days between sessions, so we can maintain the momentum that is created in the sessions.
The option to make the illustration into an interactive webpage usually takes around a week to develop.
